Meet the Founder

Hey There! Thank you for stopping by. As a mom having two sons, one son born with a congenital heart defect I became aware at a young age, life is not easy. Then as a single mom shortly thereafter I became real aware it was sink or swim. So here I am swimming through life and a whole lot more knowledge in my tool chest! Ahhh if I could have known what I know now but hey, then it wouldn't have been half the fun!

So having a special needs child born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome which ultimately lead to a heart transplant at Jared's young age of 4 months. We were blessed with almost 25 years of a wild ride of conventional medicine and holistic medicine that gave us so much time with Jared. His wisdom was beyond any human I have ever met.

When Jared transitioned he started talking to me almost immediately but I did not believe it. He had to pound it into me and even with stating "Mom I am your teacher now"
​
Jared and my relationship is so different now but I cannot describe how it feels to still hear his laugh, his wisdom and even his sarcasm at times. Our loved ones are so close we just need to meet them in the middle, in the quiet that our daily life doesn't often have. You can create that quiet though and your loved ones want you to!

My passion now has been assisting people with coaching sessions after their loss. Specifically specializing with parents that have children with special needs as there is so much time you give as a caregiver! In addition continuing my consults for holistic nutrition and cancer coaching due to past clients asking me to not discontinue this service and still very dear to my heart!

I always feel more applied knowledge is power so I continue to add to my arsenal
